Catch some sunshine to help start your day!

This week can be a little hard on your sleep, especially for those who are already suffering from vestibular disorders or concussions.

It's recommended that we get into the sunshine during the day for many benefits including improving sleep.

Light does two things for our sleep - it suppresses melatonin and helps reset our circadian clock. (Somnologie 2019)

Get outside every day and take a few minutes of deep breaths. Think about how good you will feel when you put your head on your pillow tonight and ease into sleep.

Be well!
