What is this practice all about?

A few years ago, Balance & Concussion Therapy Center was formed. It was a labor of love since it had not been a personal goal to have a private practice. Rather, the motivation for creating this practice was purely from a passion for this specialty area of physical therapy. I became interested in working with patients with concussions because it was amazing to facilitate recovery and to restore hope to my patients with this diagnosis. I was fortunate to have opportunities to train with the leaders in the field of vestibular rehabilitation for both pediatrics and adults. It's an incredible experience to learn from the leading experts who have done a huge portion of the research that has informed vestibular rehab. Now I am so grateful for the education and experiences they have given me and I feel honored to be able to provide my patients with this advanced level of vestibular expertise. My patients know from the first time they meet me that I am committed to finding the most effective treatment for them and I will work with them to help them feel better from that first meeting. It isn't just a job for me, it's a passion!
