Balance Awareness Week Starts Today! (9/13-9/19/2020)

The Vestibular Disorders Association, VeDA, is an amazing organization that provides an incredible amount of information to people suffering from dizziness. Balance Awareness Week is one of the ways that they promote education. They write, "One in five Americans will experience symptoms that could be signs of a problem with their inner ear, or vestibular system. Becuase these symptoms are invisible and hard to describe, they are often overlooked by doctors and dismissed by family and friends." Make sure to check out their website for easily accessible information about dizziness symptoms that might be bothering you or a loved one. Then you can use their provider list to find someone to help treat you for it. That's how many of my recovered patients first found me!
